Managing director of Idaniki Ktimatiki. The man behind the vision! Aspesia is a project which has been inspired by Greek Mythology. Menelaos has been a property developer since 1994 and has a weakness for unique designes and like to use right colour schemmes to bring out a posetive and beautiful surroundings within a property.
Stamatina Karayiannis
Office manager and project coordinator for Aspesia Developers Ltd. The person to speak to regarding Information on the progress of your home under construction and the person to assist you with the finishes and furntaure of your new home.
Costas Mbatsakoutsas
Costas is our Architect who has many years experiance in the field and is well respected for his professioanlism and strictness in making sure the villas are built to spec. Costas would be happy to meet you and discuss any changes you may like to do to your custom made house.
Theodoulos Loizou
Theodoulos is one of the founding directors of the company. He is a down to earth warm hearted man who takes pride in the work done by the company. A traditional figure of business ethics that our clients can easily see.
Thanasis Marinos
Thanasis is our site manager whose job is to be on site everyday to ensurre the smooth operation of the Aspesia Project. His knowlegde and experiance have a hands on contribution to the company.
Demetris Mbatsakoutsas
Demetris is a civil engineer who works along side with our architect for the best possible results. Demetris can also do 3D images for clients who need help visuliazing the finishes product.
Zoe Georgiou
Zoe is our property manager for clients who wish to let their property for holiday accommodation. She specializes in marketing and customer relations ensuring that bookings are smoothly run for both guests and hosts.
Yiannis Michael
For many years we cooperated with Architects, engineers, designers, businessmen, developers and the government in Greece, Cyprus and in other countries for the construction of high quality models.

Elina, Andri & Toulla
Elina on the left is our Adminitrator (Cyprus Branch), Andry in the middle is our Sales Manager who works both in our Cyprus branch and our Greece office. Toulla is head of accounts and the heart of the Cyprus Branch.
